Managing Your Collaboration Project
In addition to reviewing creator requests, the platform offers several features within the project's three-dot menu to assist in project management prior to entering a collaboration agreement.
Note: Only the coordinating creator (project owner) has access to a project's management features. Until a co-creator is accepted for a project, Co-Creators can only 'View Project" from the 3 Dot Menu and 'withdraw' if they have expressed interest. |

Selection Process
Reviewing and finalizing co-creators for your project is one of the most important aspects of your project management. So understanding the selection process and options available will help you refine interested creators into a final list that you can create terms and produce the content.
Receiving Interest
When a co-creator expresses interest for your project, it will appear in your "Requests" column. Here you can:
Create Terms: Create terms if only 1 creator is required for a project.
Shortlist: Shortlist a creator to create terms (If more than 1 creator) or shortlist multiple and refine later.
Assign a Status: If you have a large volume of applications, you can assign a status; Preferred, Maybe, Decline to start the selection process.
Note: There is also an option to "reconsider" a creator if you have already declined their interest. |
Invitation Feature
Personally invite a creator on Miss Bliss to your project from your "Discover" column. Here you can:
Send Invitation: Invite creators by sending them a personalized invitation to a specific project role.
Withdraw Invitation: Withdraw an invitation that has been sent to a creator.
Shortlist Feature
Shortlisting serves as 2 purposes - 1. to refine your selection process and gain an overview of creators considered for the project or 2. to create terms (if more than 1 creator is required).
Refine Selection Process: This acts as a process of elimination. Shortlist co-creators you are interested in collaborating with, once you have decided, decline other shortlisted creators to create the project terms.
Create Terms: Once you have selected the required number of co-creators for the project, simply create terms.
See article: How to select co-creators for more information and steps on selecting co-creators for your project. |
Archiving Projects
From your Project's 3 Dot Menu > select Archive > then confirm archival. The project will appear in the 'Archives' section.
Note: Projects moved to 'archives' will be permanently deleted after 15 days. Restore the project by clicking the 3 dot menu > Restore. |
Managing Personal Projects
Personal projects bypass the co-creator selection process, allowing you to proceed directly to the ideation stage and begin planning your project.
