Important! Editing Collaboration Agreement Terms is the responsibility of the Coordinating Creator (Project Owner). Any amendments made will trigger NEW Terms to be signed by all creators involved in the project to progress to the next stage. |
Editing Collaboration Details
Coordinating creators can edit collaboration project details to ensure accuracy and reflect any changes in the project scope or plan.
To edit terms: Navigate to Bliss Studio > select desired Project > from the Agreement Stage, click the Terms Sent dropdown > select appropriate option.
Edit Revenue Option
This option allows the coordinating creator to easily update the Revenue Split Percentages and Pay-Per-View pricing based on agreed-upon changes within the collaboration.
Edit Collaboration Option
This option allows the coordinating creator to update key project details such as categories, shoot date, location, and the publish period based on agreed-upon changes within the collaboration.
Note: Any edits made will require the Collaboration Agreement Terms to be resent and signed by all creators involved in the project. |
Cancel Terms for All Option
For situations requiring edits beyond the scope of the available options or if unanimous agreement cannot be reached, the coordinating creator can cancel the agreement. This allows the project to return to the "Collaboration" stage for further refinement or re-selection of suitable co-creators.
Note: Utilize this option for any necessary edits not specifically addressed by the other editing options, such as replacing a co-creator who has withdrawn or the whole project requires cancelling. |
