Collaboration Agreement Summary

Collaboration Agreements ensure clarity, transparency, and protect the rights and interests of all co-creators involved in a collaborative project regarding: agreed Publish Period duration, Pay-Per-View (PPV) price, and Revenue Percent Split.

Key Components of a Miss Bliss Collaboration Agreement

Project Details

  • Number of Creators: Total number of creators involved in the project. (Max 5 coordinating creator + 4 co-creators).
  • Project Title & URL: The collaboration name and unique project URL.
  • Publish Period: The mutually agreed-upon duration for which the content will remain active on the platform.
  • Pay-Per-View (PPV) Price: If applicable, the agreed-upon price for spectators to unlock to access the content.
  • Creator Revenue Splits: The agreed upon percentage split of revenue received for each creator involved in a project.

Important Note: Collaboration Agreements are between Miss Bliss and each creator of a collaboration project and are based on three key components: Publish Period, Pay-Per-View Price, and Revenue Split. Miss Bliss exclusively adheres to these agreed-upon terms within the Collaboration Agreement and does not recognize or mediate any side agreements made between co-creators. Please see our Terms of Use for more information.

Additional Considerations

While not formally part of a project's collaboration agreement terms, the following points should be taken into consideration for maintaining a positive and productive collaboration while adhering to important legal obligations

Responsibilities:

Clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each creator involved in the project.

  • Outline the responsibilities of the coordinating creator, such as project management, communication, and decision-making.
  • Clearly define the responsibilities of each co-creator, including their specific contributions and obligations.

Promotional Content:

  • Discuss and outline the approved usage and distribution of content for promotional purposes.
  • Clearly define any restrictions on the use or distribution of content outside of the agreed-upon scope.

Confidentiality:

Understand and adhere to your obligation in maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information of co-creators involved in the project, as well as any potential project details that may violate an individuals privacy.

Termination:

Understand the circumstances and conditions regarding termination of the agreement by either party or by the platform. Please refer to the Withdrawing Terms or Termination of Account articles for more information.

Stages of a Collaboration Agreement

1. Drafting the Agreement: The Coordinating Creator is responsible for drafting the initial terms of the agreement, taking into account any input from co-creators during the selection process.

2. Review and Negotiation: All co-creators review the proposed terms and provide feedback. Negotiations may occur to ensure all co-creators involved are in agreeance.

3.Confirming the Agreement: Once all parties agree to the collaboration terms, each creator must electronically sign the 'Confirm Collaboration Terms.' This includes your "Consent to Recording and Publication of Co-Created Content."

4. Project Commencement: Upon successful completion of the above steps, creators gain access to a shared workspace where they can collaborate on project planning and production.

Negotiating Collaboration Agreements

The coordinating creator is responsible for creating and sending terms to all co-creators involved in a collaboration project. Co-creators are responsible for reviewing and communicating with the coordinating creator.

If negotiations are required, honest and open discussion should be communicated with the coordinating creator for any proposed changes.

Note: In the event that a consensus cannot be reached on the proposed agreement terms, the Coordinating Creator retains the right to cancel the proposed agreement and initiate a new selection process.

Best Practice Guidelines

To foster a harmonious, empowering, and transparent collaborative environment on the Miss Bliss Platform, consider the following best practices when creating or negotiating the terms of a collaboration agreement:

  • Fair and Transparent Revenue Split: Revenue split percentages should reflect the individual contributions and experience of each creator involved in the project.
  • Clear Communication and Collaboration: Open and honest communication is essential throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Respectful and Collaborative Approach: Treat all co-creators with respect and professionalism, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Mutual Understanding: Ensure all co-creators have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be prepared to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and make necessary adjustments to the agreement as needed.
  • Adhere to Platform Policies and Legal Obligations: Ensure compliance to legal obligations and platform policies and immediately report any actual or possible violation to our support team: compliance@missbliss.com or via our online form.

By introducing these best practices, creators can build strong and successful collaborations that are mutually beneficial and rewarding for all parties involved.

Withdrawing from an Agreement

During certain stages of a collaboration project both co-creators or coordinating creators can withdraw or cancel terms. For more information please see our Withdrawing Terms article.
