Understanding Project Requests

1. Requests

This section displays expressions of interest from the creator community. Review each request by clicking on it and marking it with the appropriate action: Accept, Shortlist, Preferred, Maybe, or Decline.

2. Discover

In this section, coordinating creators can personally invite creators to join a project. Simply type in the member's name and click the arrow to locate, then follow the invitation instructions.

3. Shortlisted

This section displays the list of shortlisted creators from the "Requests" section. It provides a condensed list of co-creators you are seriously considering to collaborate with. Review and further action each request according to your decision. The remaining list will be where you 'create terms' from.

4. Filter

This option enables coordinating creators to efficiently filter requests based on specific criteria, streamlining the selection process.

This feature is particularly valuable when coordinating creators receive a high volume of requests from the creator community.

5. Search Requests

The "Search Applicants" feature allows for quick and efficient locating of a creator's specific expression of interest.

Reviewing Project Requests

When a creator expresses their interest for a role within a specific project, it will appear under the "Requests" tab.

To check if any requests have been submitted and start the selection process, enter Bliss Studio > select desired project > Requests then start the review process.

Selecting a Co-Creator Process

To select a creator: Navigate to your project in Bliss Studio > click on desired creator > Create Terms (If 1 co-creator is required) or Shortlist desired creators (If more than 1 co-creator is required) > navigate to your Shortlist Tab > Create Terms.

Note: If only 1 creator is required, you can generally create terms just by clicking on their application and creating terms. If more than 1 creator you can use the action options (see above) to refine your selection list, then shortlist them to create terms.

Keep in mind, selecting a co-creator is a highly personal decision, influenced by the specific creative vision for your project and personal preferences. We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing each request, carefully considering the creator's responses to any qualifying questions. Reviewing their Collab-O-Rating and marking requests with appropriate actions (Accept, Shortlist, Preferred, Maybe, Decline) will help you refine your selection pool and ultimately choose the ideal co- creator for your project.

I Can't Create Terms, how do I fix this?

If you cannot create terms, check that you do not have more shortlisted creators than the project requires for each role. Use the action options in the dropdown to remove creators so that the number of shortlisted creators matches your projects requirements.
