Coordinating Creator's Acceptance

Upon creating and sending Collaboration Agreement Terms, coordinating creators automatically accept the terms when they sign the 'Consent to Recording and Publication of Co-Created Content' form. By initiating this action, the terms are sent to all co-creators involved in the project for their acceptance.

Note: If Terms are amended, new collaboration Agreement Terms are required to be signed with the updated details.

Co-Creator's Acceptance

Unanimous acceptance of the Collaboration Agreement Terms by all co-creators is required for the project to move forward. Co-creators will be notified via email and/or in-app notification once the agreement is ready for review and consideration.

Note: Co-creators are highly encouraged to communicate with the coordinating creator to clarify any questions or request changes to the agreement terms before signing.

Co-Creator Acceptance Process

Navigate to Bliss Studio > select Project > Review proposed details > click Accept Terms > read 'Consent to Recording and Publication of Co-Created Content' form > Sign & Accept Terms.

Note: Co-Creators should refrain from signing and accepting terms if they do not agree. Instead, utilize the messaging feature to communicate with the coordinating creator.

Co-Creator Declining Process

Navigate to Bliss Studio > select Project > Review proposed details > select Decline > follow the on screen prompts.

Important! If feedback was provided to edit the terms, the coordinating creator may decide to update the requested details and re-issue the collaboration agreement terms, or choose to remove the declined creator and reselect a new co-creator, or decide to completely remove the role for the project to progress forward.
