Shortlisting Creators for a Refined List

This article will guide you through the efficient shortlisting of co-creators when faced with a high volume of requests. We'll explore effective strategies for filtering requests, leveraging action buttons to streamline the selection process, and ultimately identifying the most suitable co-creators for your project.

Reviewing Project Requests

To check if any expressions of interest (requests) have been submitted and start the selection process, enter Bliss Studio > select desired Project > From Requests tab, start the review process.

Shortlisting a Creator

1. Enter Bliss Studio > select desired Project > Under Requests tab, click on a co-creator's request.

2. Review their submitted details, including:

a. Role applied for.

b. Answers to qualifying questions (if any).

c. Review any other information ie: profile, collab-o-rating etc.

3. Action your preferred co-creators by clicking Shortlist. (Creators will appear under "Shortlist" tab for further selection refinement).

4. Communications can now be initiated with shortlisted co-creators regarding revenue split percentages, publish periods, PPV price and more. This will assist in finalizing the Collaboration Agreement Terms in the next stage of the process.

Note: Utilize the filter function to fine tune your selection process such as role, status, followers and more.

Withdrawing a Shortlisted Creator

Enter Bliss Studio > select desired Project > Navigate to Shortlist tab > locate and select the creator request > Decline > Confirm.

Note: Co-creators can also be located within the "Requests" tab. However, when managing a large number of applications, navigating to the "Shortlist" section may offer a more efficient when searching to withdraw a shortlisted creator.

Reconsidering a 'Declined' Creator

Enter Bliss Studio > select desired Project > Requests tab > locate and select Creator > click Reconsider > assign a desired action.

Accepting a Shortlisted Creator

Enter Bliss Studio > Select desired Project > navigate to Shortlist tab > locate and select Creator > assign a desired action.
