Implications of Deleting a Miss Bliss Account

  • Loss of Content: All your uploaded content, including co-created content you have posted from your account such as; videos, images, audio, and written posts, will be permanently deleted. Comments posted may still remain on the platform.


  • Loss of Revenue: Any pending or future revenue associated with your co-created content will be forfeited.


  • Loss of Content Rights: You will immediately forfeit all rights and title of your co-created content, furthermore, co-creators may continue to distribute the co-created content on Miss Bliss until the expiration of the collaboration agreements publish period.


  • Termination of Collaborations: Active collaborations will be disrupted, and your co-creators may need to find alternative replacements that may negatively impact your reputation as a reliable co-creator. 


  • Loss of Community Connections: Your follower base and connections with other creators and wider community will be lost. 


  • Loss of Platform Benefits: You will no longer have access to platform features, such as Bliss Studio, analytics, messaging, and community support. 


  • Inability to Recover Account: Once deleted, your account and its associated data cannot be recovered. 

 


Account Deletion Process

Please note that initiating the account deletion process triggers a 7-day cooling-off period before data is permanently deleted.


To restore your account and cancel the deletion process during this period, simply log in to your account. However, please be aware that some data may have been deleted during this time and may no longer be recoverable. 


Miss Bliss cannot guarantee the restoration of data or the availability of content once the deletion process has been initiated. We are not liable for any claims arising from data loss or content deletion during or after the cooling-off period. 

 

Important! It is important to understand that once the deletion process is initiated, data may be deleted at any point and may not be recoverable.


Revenue Implications

  • Loss of Revenue: Deleting your account will result in the forfeiture of all pending and future revenue or participating platform program fees on Miss Bliss, this can include revenue, referral fees (if any), or any other monetization opportunity offered by the platform.
  • Bliss Balance: Any funds remaining in your Bliss Balance at the time of deletion will be forfeited to Miss Bliss.

 

Delete My Account Instructions

To delete your account navigate to your Profile Icon > select Settings & Privacy > locate and select Account Setting > Delete My Account

 

Proceed to following the online prompts to complete the deletion process. Once account deletion is successful, you will no longer receive communication from Miss Bliss.






 

Please Note: 

  • As per our Terms of Use, certain data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons or orders for a specified period of time. 
  • Cooling Off Period of 7 days proceeds after an account deletion is activated. To reactivate an account and stop the deletion process, simply login to restore access.
