Collaboration Projects

Archiving Collaboration Projects

Collaborative projects can be archived at several points during their lifecycle, including:

  • At Project Creation.
  • During the 'Draft' stage.
  • During the 'Potential' stage.
  • During the 'Current' Stage (Excludes 'Publish' stage)
  • Upon Collaboration Agreement Expiration

Note: Published collaborative projects cannot be archived while the Collaboration Agreement remains active.

How to Archive a Collaboration Project

Only the coordinating creator has the authority to archive, restore, or permanently delete a collaborative project during the above mentioned stages.

Where permitted, locate the project in Bliss Studio > click the 3 Dot Menu > select Archive > Confirm. This will move the project to the Archives Folder.

Note: If a coordinating creator archives a collaboration project during the agreement stage. The archived project will appear in the 'Archive' folder of a co-creators account.

Restoring an Archived Collaboration Project

Personal Projects (Solo Content)

Personal projects and content can be archived at any time, as they do not involve co-creators. This functionality allows for efficient content, project, and account management, whether the objective is to optimize storage space or remove outdated or unwanted material. Archiving provides a streamlined method for maintaining an organized account.

How to Archive a Personal Project

Locate the project in Bliss Studio > click the 3 Dot Menu > select 'Archive' > Confirm. This will move the project to the Archives folder.

Restoring a Personal Project

To restore a personal project: Navigate to the Home Page in Bliss Studio > click the 'Archives' Tab > from the desired project, click the 3 Dot Menu > select Restore > Confirm.

Duplication Feature

The duplication feature empowers coordinating creators (project owners) to efficiently replicate projects, eliminating the need for repeated data entry. This functionality allows creators to reproduce successful projects with minor modifications, or use them as a basis for new projects with different co-creators. Regardless of the intended use, Miss Bliss's duplication feature streamlines the process, saving creators valuable time and effort.

Duplicating a Project

Navigate to the desired project in Bliss Studio > click the 3 Dot Menu > select Duplicate > Proceed to edit /update details > Confirm duplication.

This action will generate a new project, which can then be posted privately or publicly within the creator community to initiate a new selection process.

Note: Personal projects can also be duplicated using the same process.

Can a co-creator duplicate my Project?

No. Only the coordinating creator (project owner) has the authority to duplicate a project. Co-creators have view-only access.

Archiving posts

Archiving posts removes them from public view. To archive a post simply click the 3 Dot Menu on your post and select 'Archive'. This action can be performed from your profile, within a project, or on your timeline.

1. From your Profile:

Navigate to the Posts section > select 3 Dot Menu on the post > select Archive.

2. From your Project:

Navigate to Bliss Studio > select Project > Select 'Posts' tab > select Post > click 3 Dot Menu > Archive.

3. From Timeline:

Locate Post > select 3 Dot Menu > select Archive.

Important! Co-creators who archive collaborative content during an active Collaboration Agreement should be aware that the content may remain visible on other co-creators' accounts for the duration of the agreed publication period specified in the agreement. Please refer to our Terms of Use.

Publishing Co-Created Content After Collaboration Agreement Expiration

Once a Collaboration Agreement expires, associated content is disabled and can no longer be published. However, if a co-creator publishes co-created content beyond the agreed-upon publication period without consent or a renewed agreement (e.g., through a solo post), they risk facing a copyright infringement claim. This constitutes a serious violation of our Terms of Use and may result in account suspension or termination.

Note: Miss Bliss supports the right of individuals to decline publication of content in which they are depicted and encourages co-creators to uphold the same principle.
