Spectator Account


How do I access my account settings?

To access your account settings, click your Profile Icon (Top Right) > Settings & Privacy


How do I change my password?

You can change your password by accessing your account settings. Simply click your Profile Icon >  Settings & Privacy > Account Settings > Update Password and follow the on screen instructions. 


What if I forget my password?

Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. You may be asked to enter your registered email address, and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox with further instructions.


Can I delete my account?

Yes. To delete your account, navigate to your accounts settings Profile Icon > select Settings & Privacy > Account Settings > Delete My Account. Your account will be marked for deletion and will be permanently deleted after 7 days. 


I deleted my account, but changed my mind, what can I do?

To stop the deletion process, simply log into your account. Miss Bliss does not guarantee that all account information, activity, or purchased content is available upon cancelling the deletion process when you restore your account.



Profile


How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information by accessing your account settings under Settings & Privacy. To update your MBB click your Profile Icon > select Edit Banner from the dropdown. 


What does "MBB" mean? 

MBB stands for Miss Bliss Banner (MBB) and provides spectators with an additional option to personalize their profiles and add a touch of character. Adding a banner is not mandatory, however, if you do decide to create an MBB, nudity or prohibited content is not allowed in profile or banner sections. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for more information.


Is my profile personal data publicly visible? 

Miss Bliss prioritizes the privacy of our members. Your personal information, such as your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and email address, is not publicly displayed on the platform. Information such as display name and member name are displayed, in addition to optional date such as motto, location and gender if entered. 



Content


How can I find content that interests me?

To locate content that aligns with your preferred viewing style, utilize the platforms Select Categories feature from the home page or discover and follow creators to receive their latest uploads directly to your 'Following' filter so you never miss the newest content posted. 


How do I report inappropriate content?

You can report a creator or content by clicking the "Report" button from the 3 dot menu on a specific profile or post. Alternatively you can email our support team on compliance@missbliss.com and provide as much detail as possible to help us investigate the issue.


Can I save or download content?

Content you have purchased automatically saves to your Unlocked Posts section and remains available until the creator removes the content or the publish period date expires. Downloading content is strictly prohibited and in violation of Miss Bliss Terms of Use.


What is a Publish Period?

When creators post collaborative content, they decide how long the content will remain available on the platform (publish period), after the expiration of the publish period date the content is removed and is no longer available. 


What happens to my purchased content when I delete my account?

Following a 7-day period, your account and all associated data, including purchased content, will be permanently deleted. Please note that certain data, such as comments, likes, and direct messages, may remain on the platform. Additionally, some data may be retained to fulfill legal obligations. 



Communication


How can I provide feedback to creators?

The platform offers several options to communicate and provide feedback to creators such as; commenting, likes, sharing, gifting, and direct messaging. 


How do I manage my notifications?

Navigate to your account settings > select Notification Settings > choose which notifications you would like to receive by toggling ON or OFF.   



Security 


How can I ensure my account security?

Choose a unique and strong password that is difficult to guess and do not share your login details with anybody. If you suspect your account is compromised, update your password immediately.


How do I block a user?

To block a community member from communicating with you on the platform navigate to the member’s profile page. Click the 3 dot menu > select Block
