What types of content can I find on Miss Bliss?

Miss Bliss hosts a diverse range of content uploaded by Miss Bliss creators. Content categories can range from; adventure to adult entertainment, comedy to cooking, and so much more. Creators are free to share content provided it is 18+, consensual, ethical, and legal.


How can I find specific types of content?

Utilize the platform's filtering options and features to populate your preferred content or creator type for a customized viewing experience. See our 'Finding your Content Niche' for more information.


How can I report copyrighted or prohibited content?

To report content found on Miss Bliss select the 'Report' option from the post's 3 dot menu and select the appropriate reporting form for the available options. Alternatively you can report to our compliance team at compliance@missbliss.com or submit an online report.


How can I control what content I see?

To remove content from your homepage that doesn't align with your preferred categories, simply utilize the filter options available such as 'select categories' or use the 'Hide Post' option to remove unwanted posts from your view. 


How do I purchase locked content?

If content requires payment in order to view, click on the 'Purchase' button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase using your preferred payment method. Once the payment is successful, you will gain access to the content.


What happens if I lose access to paid content?

Loosing access to paid content can be due to the creator removing content from the platform or collaboration content has exceeded it's publish period and is no longer available. 


What is the publish period for content on Miss Bliss?

The publish period refers to the length of time that a piece of content remains available for viewing. Publish period durations can vary depending on the creator and the type of content. (For more information click here).


What happens when the publish period for content I've purchased expires?

Upon reaching the published period expiry date, purchased content will no longer be available for viewing. Creators of collaborative content may choose to republish the content for future availability and purchase.


Can I download or save paid content for offline viewing?

Downloading content is strictly prohibited and violates Miss Bliss' Terms of Use. Content can be viewed when connected to a stable internet connection and cannot be saved for 'offline' viewing.


How do I view content I have purchased?

Once you have successfully purchased content, it will become available for viewing directly from your 'Unlocked Posts' section. Alternatively, you can view purchased content from "purchased" section within your profile and simply select the play icon.


Note: Bookmarking content can also help you locate content quicker.



How can I ensure I have access to content I've purchased?

Content is instantly made available upon confirmation of payment from your Bliss Balance. If you experience any issues accessing purchased content, please contact our support team via email: support@missbliss.com or submit an online enquiry.


Can I request a refund for a purchase?

All purchases made on the Miss Bliss platform are considered final and non-refundable. Miss Bliss reserves the right and at our sole discretion to address any refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact Miss Bliss support for assistance via  email: support@missbliss.com or submit an online enquiry.


What happens if a creator removes their content from the platform?

If a creator removes their content from the platform, access to the content becomes inaccessible and will no longer appear in your 'Unlocked Posts' section. Collaborative content may still be accessible from other co-creator accounts for re-purchase if content is within an active publish period. 


What happens if I encounter technical issues while trying to view content?

If you experience technical difficulties, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. You can also contact Miss Bliss support on support@missbliss.com or submit an online enquiry.
