Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all members of the Miss Bliss platform, including creators, spectators, and any other individuals who interact with our services.

By using Miss Bliss, you are agreeing to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use. Violations may result in account restrictions or termination, content removal, or other actions as deemed necessary by Miss Bliss. Please read carefully.

1. You will NOT use Miss Bliss in any way that violates any applicable law, regulation, treaty of any applicable governmental body, or applicable credit card brand association rule including:

a. Laws prohibiting Human or Sex Trafficking.

b. Laws prohibiting the promotion or facilitation of prostitution.

c. Laws protecting intellectual property rights including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.

d. Laws against obscene, lewd, defamatory, non consent, or libelous speech

e. Laws protecting confidentiality, privacy rights, publicity rights, or data protection.

f. Laws prohibiting depictions (real, implied, or simulated) of sexual activity involving minors and any other illegal materials.

2. You may NOT use Miss Bliss if you...

a. Are under the age of 18 years, or age of majority in your jurisdiction.

b. If you do not have a registered account in your name on Miss Bliss, as a creator or spectator.

c. Fail to provide required, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.

d. Fail to comply with orders, judgements or mandates from courts of competent judgement.

e. Use stolen or fraudulent credit cards as a form of payment or towards criminal activities.

3. Do NOT post, upload, or share content that is...

a. Illegal or Non-consensual:

Depicts, promotes, or advocates for illegal activities including obscenity, incest, substance use (Drug or Alcohol), and physical or sexual abuse.
Depicts, promotes, implies, facilitates, solicits, exploits or harms an individual under the age of 18, including sexual activity involving a minor.
Engages in, promotes, facilitates, solicits prostitution, human or sex trafficking.
Depicts, involves, or implies animal cruelty, including bestiality or animal themed sex toys.
Depicts death, suicide, self-harm, extreme bondage, or the exploitation of a corpse, including necrophilia.
Impersonates another individual, including the likeliness of an individual through artificially generated images or media.
Depicts, advertises, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or solicits (real, simulated, or implies) lack on consent including rape, sexual assault, torture, violence etc, including recording and publication of content without consent.
Violates anti-discrimination laws in relation to age, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity, religion, or disability.
Depicts bodily fluids including scat, urine, lactation, vomit, and blood, but excluding semen, female ejaculation, and saliva.
Share content depicting any person without inspecting and maintaining written documentation sufficient in confirming all individuals depicted are, and were, over the age of 18 at the time recording and have consented to being depicted and recorded in the content, as well as consent to publication of content on Miss Bliss.

b. Harm or potentially can harm another person including, but not limited to:

Abuses, harasses, bullies, exploits, or threatens others.
Promotes, engages in, or arranges sexual services in exchange for money or goods.
Promotes or engages in hate speech or violent extremism.
Depicts or glorifies self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
Constitutes spam, misinformation, or impersonation.
Infringes on intellectual property rights.
Involves or promotes the use of drugs, illegal activity, or the exploitation of individuals under the influence of drugs.
Sell personal information, multi-level marketing, raffles, and giveaways are not allowed on the platform.

4. You MUST promptly update or notify Miss Bliss upon:

a. Any changes to the accuracy of information the member has provided to Miss Bliss.

b. Comply with and maintain record keeping requirements as obligated under USC Section 2257.

c. Report any person, content, or activity that violates, potentially violates, or is suspected to have violated our Terms of Use or this Acceptable Use Policy.

d. Report to Miss Bliss immediately any suspected, implied, or actual depicted content involving a person under the age of 18 or any other violation to our Terms of Use. (Click here to submit a report)

Adhering to this Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Use is crucial for maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all members on the Miss Bliss platform.
