What happens if I forget my password? 

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions.


How can I change my username? 

To update your @member name (username) navigate to your profile settings. Click Profile Icon > select Settings & Privacy > if not already there, click Edit Profile > and make the necessary changes. 


What is “Open to Collab” and how do I set it? 

The 'Open to Collab' Status is your way of letting other creators on Miss Bliss know you are open to Collaborations through your 'Collaboration Availability' function. When Toggled ON, you will receive an 'Open to Collab' badge around your profile picture. When it is toggled OFF, the badge will be removed and your profile will no longer appear as a collaborative creator. You can change these settings at any time. 


How do I update my "Open to Collab" Status?

Updating your collaboration status is simple. Navigate to your Profile Icon > select Settings & Privacy > select Collaboration Preferences then proceed to update your collaboration availability settings. 


Is my personal profile data publicly visible? 

Miss Bliss prioritizes the privacy of our members. Your personal information, such as your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and email address, is not publicly displayed on the platform. Only the information you choose to share publicly, such as your username and profile picture, will be visible to other members. 


For added privacy you can also edit additional information in your account settings by navigating to your Profile Icon > Settings & Privacy > Privacy.


How do I block a member? 

To block a community member from communicating with you on the platform navigate to the member’s profile page. Click the 3 dot menu > select Block


How do I delete my account? 

To delete your account, navigate to your accounts settings Profile Icon > select Settings & Privacy > Account > Delete My Account. Your account will be marked for deletion and will be permanently deleted after 7 days.


What happens to my content if I delete my account?

Your account and its associated content will be permanently deleted 7 days after deletion. However, certain content may be retained to comply with legal obligations. Co-created content where you are featured may remain on other creators' accounts until the agreed publish period expires. 


What happens if my account is hacked or compromised? 

If you suspect your account has been compromised, we highly recommend taking steps to secure it by updating your password. Profile Icon > select Settings & Privacy > Account > Change Password and follow the instructions. 


If you cannot gain access to your account, try the 'Forget password' option on the login page or contact support@missbliss.com if you are restricted from gaining access.

Creator Profile


How do I update my profile information? 

You can update your profile information by accessing your profile settings. Navigate to your Profile Icon  > View Profile > click Edit. Alternatively, select the Settings & Privacy option to open all account settings.


What does MBIP mean? 

The Miss Bliss Immersive Picture (MBIP) is your profile's visual centerpiece and allows for up to 5 immersive picture to be uploaded to reflect your brand or style. High-quality MBIP images can attract spectators and potential co-creators as well as boost community engagement. Please note images that contain nudity or illegal activities are prohibited from being used in your MBIP.


How do I Edit my MBIP? 

Navigate to your Profile Icon > select Edit MBIP. Then proceed to upload a new image, or drag existing images to rearrange the order.


How do I build my profile? 

How much information you put in your profile is entirely up to you. Simply login and navigate to your Profile Icon > select Settings & Privacy. Select the option or options you would like to edit. For more information see Managing Your Profile.


Why can’t I save my details? 

Check that all mandatory fields have been edited or have correct information, then click ‘Save’. If the problem persists, please contact our dedicated team on support@missbliss.com or submit an online enquiry.
