When do I receive my creator revenue? 

You can withdraw your revenue at any time. However, minimum payment threshold amounts apply and there is a limit to the amount of withdrawals you can transact per month. For more information, click here.


How do I withdraw my revenue?

To withdraw revenue you will need to 'Sell Bliss Coins'. For information on how to sell your Bliss Coins, click here.


How long does it take to Process my Payment? 

Processing times may vary and also have additional fees depending on your Financial Institution. It can take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.


My Bliss Balance shows more than I can withdraw, Why?

Your Bliss Balance will show the total amount of Bliss Coins associated with your account, including any Bliss Coins you have purchased yourself. ONLY your revenue portion of the total amount can be withdrawn. For more information click here.


How are my payments calculated? 

Revenue from the purchase of your content, messages, or gifts on the platform is credited to your account based on the allocated price and your revenue share percentage, minus platform fees & charges. Bliss Coins received will continue to accumulate in your Bliss Balance until withdrawn.


Why is my payment withheld?

Your payment may be withheld for various reasons. If you haven't received communication from Miss Bliss regarding a specific reason, please contact us via our online enquiry form or email: billing@missbliss.com 


How do I add/update my payment details? 

Navigate to your profile icon (Top Right) > select Settings & Privacy > under Payments & Transaction  > select Payment Methods > Add Payment Method. To Edit a payment method simply click the edit icon.



Why can't I withdraw my revenue? 

Firstly, Please ensure your Miss Bliss balance meets or exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold before initiating a transfer. Secondly, There may be limitations on the number of withdrawals allowed per month. If you've reached your current limit, withdrawals will resume in the next billing cycle. What currency does Miss Bliss Charge in? 

All payments made on the Miss Bliss platform are transacted in USD. Your bank or e-wallet company may charge currency conversion or other fees. Currency conversions are calculated based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction.
