Introduction

This policy outlines the guidelines for the publication and availability of content created through collaborations between creators on the Miss Bliss platform. It addresses the rights and responsibilities of creators regarding content publication duration, account termination, and adherence to platform policies and applicable laws.

1. Content Ownership and Publication Rights:

• Ownership: Creators must possess all necessary rights and permissions to publish any content and co-created content on the Miss Bliss platform.
• Copyright and Intellectual Property: Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

2. Publication Duration:

• Agreed-Upon Period: Collaborative content (also known as co-created content) shall remain accessible on the platform for the duration mutually agreed upon by all creators involved in a collaboration as per their signed Collaboration Agreement.
• Co-Creator Rights: Co-creators retain the right to continue publishing co-created content within the agreed-upon publish period, even if other co-creators cease posting the content to the platform or terminate their account. Creators that cease to post co-created content, but actively maintain their Miss Bliss account, continue to receive their agreed-upon revenue percentage for the remainder of the publication period.
• Publication Period Extensions: Co-Creators may choose to extend the publication period for collaborative content by entering into a new, mutually agreed-upon collaboration agreement or extension agreement. This action can be performed only by the coordinating creator (project owner). 
• Timely Publication: Collaborative content must be published within 90 days from the project entering the "Publish" stage within the Miss Bliss platform. Failure to publish content within this timeframe will result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Termination:

• Account Termination: If a creator's account is terminated, either by the creator or by the Miss Bliss platform, the publication rights for existing collaborative (co-created) content shall remain in effect for the duration of the agreed-upon publish period. 
• Continued Publication by Remaining Co-Creators: Remaining co-creators of a collaboration project may continue to publish and monetize from the co-created content until the expiration of the agreed upon publish period.
• Forfeit of Revenue Payment: Terminated creator accounts automatically forfeit any rights to payment of owed or future revenue for Co-Created Content.
• Project Expiration: Upon the expiry of a collaboration project's agreed publication period, if no new collaboration agreement is signed, or one (1) or more co-creators have left the platform, all content and data pertaining to the co-created content is removed from the platform. 

4. Compliance:

• Adherence to Platform Policies: All content published on the Miss Bliss platform must strictly adhere to the Miss Bliss Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, Creator Guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Policy Updates:

• Policy Updates: This Publication Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Creator Responsibility: Creators are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the most current version of the Miss Bliss Terms of Use and this Publication Policy.
