Content Creation & Submission Guidelines

This document outlines the guidelines for creating, submitting, and publishing content on the Miss Bliss platform. It emphasizes legal, ethical, and safety considerations to foster a responsible and creative environment for all creators within our community.

1. Content Eligibility

• Age Appropriate: All content created and published on the Miss Bliss platform must adhere to the platform's age restrictions and age reference regulations.
• Legal and Ethical Compliance: All content must be created and published in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Legality: Content must be legal and not violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright laws, obscenity laws, and laws prohibiting child exploitation or abuse.
  • Consent: All content must be created and shared with the informed consent of all individuals involved.
  • Ethics: Content must be created and shared in an ethical and responsible manner, avoiding exploitation, harassment, or any form of harmful content.

2. Content Ownership and Rights

• Ownership: Creators must possess all necessary rights and permissions to publish any content on the Miss Bliss platform.
• Copyright and Intellectual Property: Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Original Content: Submitted content must be original and not plagiarized from any other source.
• Accuracy and Truthfulness: Creators are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information they publish.

3. Content Creation and Submission (Posting)

• Collaboration Focus: Content submissions should align with the collaborative agreements and creative direction established by all co-creators involved.
• Project-Specific Submissions: Content submissions should be specifically created for the associated project and not repurposed from other projects or platforms.
• Co-Creator Acknowledgement: Co-creators must be appropriately acknowledged in all co-created content.
• Publication Timeframe: Collaborative content must be published within 90 days from the project entering the "Publish" stage within the Miss Bliss platform. Failure to publish content within this timeframe will result in account suspension or termination.
• Adherence to Guidelines: All content (including promotional content) submitted to the Miss Bliss Platform must adhere to the Miss Bliss Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and Creator Guidelines.
• Compliance with External Platform Policies: Promotional content shared on other social media platforms must comply with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• Compliance with Laws: All content published on the Miss Bliss platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising & marketing laws, copyright laws, data privacy laws, and consumer protection laws.

5. Account Termination

• Account Termination: If a creator’s account is terminated, either by the creator or by Miss Bliss, the publication rights for collaborative content that has already been created and agreed upon shall remain valid for the entirety of the originally agreed-upon publication period provided the content adheres to the Miss Bliss Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and Creator Guidelines.
• Ongoing Publication Rights: Any co-creators involved in the collaborative content retain the right to continue publishing and monetizing their respective contributions to that content during the agreed-upon period. 

6. Content Removal

• Miss Bliss reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, the Miss Bliss Terms of Use, or any applicable laws and regulations.

7. Policy Updates

• Policy Updates: This Content Creation & Submission Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Creator Responsibility: Creators are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the most current version of the Miss Bliss Terms of Use, this Content Creation & Submission Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
