Miss Bliss is a ground-breaking platform for the collaboration, distribution, and monetization of adult content (“Content”). Our mission is to foster a vibrant, diverse, positive, inclusive, safe, legal, enjoyable, empowering, secure, balanced, and respectful community that values authenticity, autonomy, mutual support, collaboration, connection, and the creative process (“Blissful Community”) where creators of Content (“Creators”) and consumers of Content (“Spectators”) can connect, collaborate, and thrive. While all users are required to comply with our Terms of Use, Creators must also follow these Guidelines to ensure that Miss Bliss remains a Blissful Community for all users. Welcome to a new era of content creation.

Content Guidelines

Authenticity is at the heart of Miss Bliss. Be unapologetically yourself and reflect your personality through your Content while adhering to these Guidelines. To assist us in fostering a Blissful Community, you must not post, upload, or share Content that violates these Guidelines, any legal prohibition, or credit card association rules.

We may remove any Content that depicts – whether real, simulated, or implied:

Minors, including themes, toys, or costumes associated with age-play or adult baby/diaper lover content.

Lack of consent, such as sexual assault, kidnapping, hypnosis, intoxication, sleeping/passed-out, up-skirt, violence, sadomasochistic abuse, hardcore bondage, weapons, or asphyxiation.

Bestiality, including monstrous humanoids or animal-themed sex toys.

Torture, such as oversized toys, genital mutilation, or extreme fisting.

Incest, such as sexual activity between blood or legal relatives.

Self-harm, including suicidal ideations and cutting.

Necrophilia, such as corpses and coffins.

Bodily fluids including feces, urine, lactation, vomit, and blood, but excluding semen, female ejaculation, and saliva.

We may also remove any Content which advertises, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or solicits the use of illegal goods or services, including prostitution, human trafficking, and illicit drugs.

Further, Creators are expected to describe, tag, and promote their content accurately, ensuring transparency, compliance, and a positive experience for all.

2. Co-Creator Content

You understand and agree that you may create and share Co-Creator Content on your account, or you may approve the publication of Co-Creator Content in which you appear on another Creator’s account, provided:

The Co-Creator Content does not violate any third party’s rights.

Each individual depicted in the Co-Creator Content is registered as a Creator on Miss Bliss.

Each Creator depicted in the Co-Creator Content is tagged therein.

Each Creator depicted in the Co-Creator Content agrees to the terms of any profit split as proposed by the Creator who posted the Co-Creator Content (“Coordinating Creator”).

The Co-Creator Content is approved by Miss Bliss.

You have obtained and will maintain government-issued identification documentation confirming that each Creator depicted in the Co-Creator Content is at least eighteen (18) years of age.

You have obtained and will maintain written documentation confirming that each Creator depicted in the Co-Creator Content has consented to (i) being depicted in the Co-Creator Content, and (ii) the Co-Creator Content being publicly distributed on Miss Bliss.

You will provide this written documentation of consent and any other necessary releases, licenses, or ownership documents to us promptly upon request by us for such documentation.

3. Sales Representations

We are committed to ensuring that Spectators get the benefit of their bargain. In other words, we want Spectators get what they pay for. To assist in these efforts, all representations that you make to Spectators in furtherance of licensing Content on Miss Bliss must be lawful, including that such representations are truthful and not misleading. You must follow all laws, rules, and guidelines issued by the Federal Trade Commission or any similar state agency that may pertain to rules against deceptive or unfair trade practices. For example, you must:

Not misrepresent whether any Content does or will contain nudity or sexual activity.

Provide an accurate description of the type of sexual activity that is depicted in any pay-walled Content.

Adequately disclose if third-party chatters are used to interact with Spectators.

Only remove any Content for legitimate business reasons or as otherwise required by law.

4. Safety Precautions

We are committed to ensuring that Creators remain safe while producing the Content. To assist in these efforts, you must not:

Upload any Content where any individual is not readily identifiable within the Content, such as where any individual’s face is hidden or obstructed for the entirety of the performance.

Record Content from any public place where members of the public are reasonably likely to see the Content.

We are also committed to ensuring that all users remain safe while using Miss Bliss. To assist in these efforts, you must not:

Release the personal information of any other user or third party without that person’s consent.

Harass, disparage, defame, or otherwise interfere with the business or personal lives of other users, whether on Miss Bliss, on third-party websites, or offline.

Solicit or accept payments for travel or in-person meetings.

Defraud us or our users (e.g., working together with a member or “hacker” to accept payment with stolen credit cards).

5. Moderation

To maintain a Blissful Community, we enforce these Guidelines through a robust and proactive moderation system. Our dedicated compliance team utilizes advanced tools and technology to carefully review all reports and Content, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken to address violations. This helps maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

We may provide Creators with constructive guidance or take other immediate action when Content fails to meet these Guidelines or our Terms of Use, or when any Creator otherwise violates, attempts to violate, or assists or permits any person in violating these Guidelines. While initial violations generally result in a warning, repeated or severe violations may result in swift suspension, permanent account termination, and/or reporting to relevant legal authorities.

Creators who are aware of any Content on Miss Bliss that violates these Guidelines, or of any other Creator who is violating these Guidelines, should fill out our Report Abuse form immediately. Please provide as much detail as possible, including a description of the objectionable Content or the location where that Content may be found, the username of the Creator engaging in suspicious activities, the date and time of identification, the reason we should remove the objectionable Content or investigate the activities, and a statement certifying the accuracy of the information provided to us. Malicious or false reporting will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.

For immediate threats or danger, please contact local authorities without delay.

6. Feedback
