Media Library
How do I access my media library?
You can access your media library through your Bliss Studio dashboard. Click Go to Bliss Studio button from your home page (mobile devices Profile Icon > Bliss Studio) > Library.
How do I upload media to my library?
You can upload media files directly from your device or cloud storage services. For detailed instructions click here.
How do I organize my media library?
You can efficiently organize your media library by creating folders and subfolders. This allows you to categorize your media files based on project, type, or any other relevant criteria. From within your Media Library simply click + Album and use the pencil icon to Rename the folder. For detailed instructions click here.
What types of Media can I upload to my Media Library?
You can upload images, videos, and audio files to your media library.
Can I upload content I have previously created?
You can upload previously created solo content to your media library. However, content involving one or more individuals requires explicit consent from all parties involved. Each individual featured in the content must have an active Miss Bliss creator account to ensure compliance with our platform's terms of use.
Can I use media from a collaboration for my own personal project?
No. Collaboration content produced with other creators cannot be used for personal projects or posts. Co-creators should be always be mentioned in content that is posted from a collaboration project.
How do I add or share collaboration content with my co-creators?
Depending on where your media is stored, there are two primary methods for uploading media to your collaboration project:
1. Directly from your desktop: Media Library > click on Projects Tab > Select and open desired Project > + Upload > select media. Media will now also appear in the shared collaboration project within the Publish stage.
2. Directly from mobile device: From your Projects page, open desired Project > Upload > select upload location > Select File(s) > click Add (or similar).
I have created a folder and can't get back to my media library, Help!
Use the cookie trail to navigate back to your library home page. You can locate it at the very top of your screen, just below the search feature and will look something like this: Media Library > Folder name > Sub-Folder Name > etc.

Can I edit media files within the player?
While basic editing features like file renaming, cropping, and creating chapters or moments are available, for more advanced editing, you might need to use external software for advanced editing tools.
How do I download media files?
Downloading media from the platform is not permitted.
Can I customize the playback settings for my media?
Yes, you can often customize playback settings like autoplay, loop, and video quality.
How do I track the performance of my content?
The platform provides analytics tools to track metrics like views, likes, comments, and tips etc on your media. Navigate to Bliss Studio > select Analytics (Left or Bottom column).
Can I add captions or subtitles to my videos?
Yes, you can add captions or subtitles to your videos to improve accessibility and engagement.
How do I protect my media from unauthorized use?
The platform employs various measures to protect your media, such as watermarking and digital rights management (DRM). However, if you find your content on Miss Bliss from an unauthorized account, please submit a Copyright Infringement Notice to our support team. Please also see our DMCA Policy.
Can I monetize my media through the platform?
Yes, you can monetize your content through pay-per-view, gifts, or messaging features. Simply add a PPV price when posting your content. For collaboration content, the price is added as per the Collaboration Agreement.
How do I handle copyright issues related to the media I upload?
Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share any copyrighted material. It's important to respect copyright laws and avoid infringing on others' intellectual property. Please report any Copyright Infringement claims to our Designated Agent by completing our online form.
How do I file a copyright infringement Notice?
