Organizing & Managing Media Files
This article explores effective strategies for organizing and managing media files within your library to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow. This includes creating albums and sub-albums, renaming files, and utilizing other organizational tools to ensure efficient content retrieval and save time and effort.

Organizing and managing media is easy on Miss Bliss. From the home page navigational tabs to the organizational tools available. Any creator will be able to efficiently organize and manage their account media. No comprehensive training needed!
Media Management
Rename a Media File
Click on desired media file > select Edit from the file's options (For mobile devices edit is located in the 3 dot menu) > Rename > Save.
Add Data to a Media File
Click on desired media file > select Edit from the file's options (For mobile devices edit is located in the 3 dot menu) > proceed to edit media description or add tags > click Save.
Move Media to an Album
Select media file(s) > select Move to Album from file's options > select an album location > Confirm.
Important Note! 'Move to Album' option may appear under the More option, depending on how many files are being moved. Files can also be moved to Sub-Albums by clicking the arrow icon (>). |
Locate a Media File
Utilize the Search or Sort features to locate media you have uploaded to your media library.
Deleting Media Files
- To delete 1 media file: Select the media file > click More from the file's options > select Trash > Confirm deletion.
- To delete multiple files: Select media files > click Trash from the file's options > Confirm deletion.
To cancel the action, simply click the X option or select 'No, Don't Trash' from the confirmation message.
Important Note! Media in 'Trash' will be permanently after 15 days and cannot be restored. |
Restore a media File
To restore media, navigate to the Trash tab > select media > Restore.
Permanently Delete a file
To permanently delete a file, navigate to the Trash tab > select media > select Permanently Delete option > Confirm.
Album Management
Creating Albums
Navigate to your Library within Bliss Studio > click the +Album > assign the album a name (click edit icon) to start organizing your media.
Creating a Sub- Album
From within an album, click +Album > click the Edit icon (For mobile devices - 'Edit' is in the 3 dot menu) > name the sub-folder > press Enter or Return on your device to save.
Open an Album
To open a folder, simply double click.
Move an Album
Select the album to be moved > click Move to Album from the options available > select the new location > Confirm.
Note: Albums can also be moved into Sub-Albums by clicking the arrow icon (>). |
Delete an Album
Select the album > select Trash from file's options > Confirm deletion or cancel as needed. Deleted items stay in trash for 15 days before permanent removal.
Restore an Album
To restore an album, navigate to the Trash tab > select album > Restore.
Permanently Delete an Album
To permanently delete an album, navigate to the Trash tab > select the album > select the Permanently Delete option > Confirm.

FAQs
Help! I have created a few subfolders now I'm lost!
Utilize the album path within a folder or subfolder to seamlessly navigate back to the root folder.
I've permanently deleted an album, how can I restore it?
Unfortunately once media or albums are permanently deleted, they can not be restored.
