How to Submit an Online Enquiry or Report


Submitting an online enquiry to Miss Bliss is a quick and easy way to get in touch with our team and receive assistance. Whether you have a question about our products or services, need help with a feature, or need to report content or a Miss Bliss member, our online enquiry form provides a convenient channel for communication.



Please note: Submit a Ticket, Online Form, and Submit an Online Enquiry all have the same meaning and are used interchangeably.

How to Submit an Online Enquiry:


1. Access the enquiry form: Click here to access the online form. 

(Alternatively you can click Submit a Ticket from the header in our Help Centre).



2. Select a Reporting Option

Select the appropriate reporting form for your enquiry or report from the available dropdown menu options. 


3. Provide your information:

  • Enter your full name, email address, and if required, phone number.
  • Fill in all mandatory fields marked with an Asterix (*).
  • Clearly and concisely describe your enquiry in the space provided.
  • If applicable, attach any relevant documents, or URL links to support the report.


4. Review, Sign, and submit: Review and electronically sign your enquiry, then click "Submit" to send enquiry to our support team.



Priority or Illegal Reporting

If your enquiry relates to urgent matters or allegations of illegal activity, please clearly indicate the highest priority level within the enquiry. These enquiries will be prioritized for a timely response.



After submitting your enquiry:

  • You will receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your enquiry.
  • A member of the Miss Bliss team will review your enquiry and respond to you via email within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We strive to resolve reports within seven (7) business days.
