Content Management Policy

Purpose
This policy establishes guidelines for managing user-generated content (UGC) on the Miss Bliss platform. The goal is to foster a positive online community while protecting the company's brand reputation and complying with legal and ethical standards.
Scope
This policy applies to all UGC submitted to or posted on Miss Bliss, including but not limited to:
- Text comments
- Images
- Videos
- Audio files
Policy Statement
This policy outlines a rigorous content review process to ensure all content adheres to our community guidelines and legal requirements. From onboarding to account deletion, we monitor user activity and take appropriate action to protect our community. This includes reviewing and approving new content, addressing reports of inappropriate or illegal behavior, and implementing measures to prevent abuse and harassment. By prioritizing user safety and well-being, we strive to create a positive and inclusive platform.
Responsibilities
User Obligations:
- Adhere to Miss Bliss’ Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, and Creator Guidelines.
- Respect intellectual property rights and avoid posting copyrighted or trademarked content without permission.
- Refrain from posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content, including hate speech, harassment, or threats.
- Protect personal privacy and avoid sharing sensitive information.
Platform Obligations:
- User Onboarding: Implement age verification and other necessary checks during the user registration process.
- Content Moderation: Employ a combination of automated tools and human moderation to review and remove inappropriate content.
- Real-time Monitoring: Monitor the platform for potential issues, such as cyberbullying or harassment.
- User Support: Provide a mechanism for users to report inappropriate content or seek assistance.
- Data Privacy and Security: Protect user data and comply with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Legal Compliance: Adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, and defamation laws.
- Account Management: Implement procedures for account suspension and deletion in case of severe violations.

Onboarding
Age Verification
It is a requirement that all users must verify their identity, including age, to access certain features or to submit UGC.

Creator Content
This section outlines that all content created and shared on our platform is ethical, legal, and respectful. By requiring explicit consent, we prioritize individual rights and privacy. Adherence to legal standards safeguards against potential liabilities. Respectful content fosters a positive and inclusive community. High-quality content enhances the platform's value and user experience. Finally, clear copyright guidelines protect the rights of creators while enabling the platform to utilize and distribute their work.
Content Creation:
- Consent: All content must be created with the explicit consent of all parties involved.
- Legality: Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect: All content must be respectful of others and avoid harmful or offensive material.
- Quality: Content should be of high quality and adhere to professional standards.
- Copyright: Creators retain copyright over their content, but grant Miss Bliss a license to use and distribute it.
Uploading and Downloading Content
- User Guidelines: Users will need to comply with guidelines on acceptable file formats, file size limits, and copyright restrictions.
- Downloading Content: Miss Bliss strictly prohibits downloading or screen recording of any content. Technology introduced restricts a user from being able to action this.
- Content Storage: UGC will be stored securely on Mis Bliss’ servers or on a designated third-party storage provider.
- Data Retention: Miss Bliss has incorporated a data retention policy to determine how long UGC is stored.
- Content removal Request: Creators can archive or delete their content at any time. Deletion of content is removed immediately (unless flagged or reported). Archived content will be permanently deleted after 15 days.
- Flagged Content or Accounts: Flagged content or accounts that have requested a deletion, will become inactive, but data remains on Miss Bliss serves for a period of 30 days, pending any legal action is taken.
- CSAM Reported content: Is immediately disabled from public view, and preserved for a period of 90 days, pending further instructions and legal obligations. If none, content is destroyed.
Content Monetization
- Creator Revenue: Creators retain 80% of their revenue share from their content.
- Platform Fees: Miss Bliss charges a standard 20% fee for platform services related to UGC.
- Publication Periods: Content remains on the platform for monetization for the duration of the agreed publication period, including when a creator deletes collaboration content from their profile, content can still remain on co-creators accounts until the publication period expiry date.
- Payment Processing: We use secure payment processors to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Content Review and Approval
- Automated Content Moderation: All content is reviewed by automated systems to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use, prior to being posted publicly on the platform timeline.
- Flagged Content: Content that is flagged for review is immediately redirected to our moderation team to confirm, and content may be temporarily removed pending investigation.
- Moderation Team: A dedicated moderation team reviews and approves or removes flagged or reported content.
- Appeals Process: Creators can appeal content removal decisions through our appeals process.
Content Enforcement and Monitoring
Real-Time Monitoring
- Keyword Filtering: Keyword filtering has been implemented to identify potentially harmful or inappropriate content or comments.
Monitoring and Reporting Prohibited Content, Illegal Content, or Violations of Terms of Use
- Regular Monitoring: Miss Bliss conducts regular internal reviews of UGC to identify and address potential issues and takes appropriate action.
- Reporting Mechanisms: Reporting processes for users has been established to report inappropriate or harmful content. See Complaints & Reporting Policy & Procedure.
Moderation and Enforcement
- Content Removal: Content that is found to in violation to Miss Bliss' Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, or Creator Guidelines will be promptly disabled or removed from the platform.
- User Restrictions: Users who repeatedly violate the rules may have their accounts restricted, suspended or terminated.
- Legal Action: In cases of serious violations, legal action may be taken and content may be removed and retained to comply with legal obligations.
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Miss Bliss will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in cases of illegal activity or threats to public safety.
Marketing and Promotion of UGC
- User Consent: Creators must obtain explicit consent from users before using their UGC for marketing or promotional purposes. Adherence to approved social media channels and their subsequent brand guidelines must be expressed according to approved social media channels and their branded guidelines.
- Deceptive, unfair, or incorrect labelling: Miss Bliss will disable content that users have misrepresented in their marketing and issue warnings and guidance on rectifying the issue, before enabling the content.
Data Privacy and Security
- Data Protection: Measures have been implemented to protect user data, including personal information and UGC.
Training and Awareness
- Moderation Team Training: The moderation team undergoes quarterly training on identifying and addressing harmful content.
- User Education: Miss Bliss will publish blogs and educational content to educate users about the rules and expectations for using the platform.
Intellectual Property
- Copyright: Creators retain copyright over their content, including part ownership over co-created content.
- Copyright Infringement Notices: Adherence to Miss Bliss’ copyright infringement notices will be forwarded to our designated agent for required action. Content will be immediately disabled until resolved.
- Counter Notifications: Content remains disabled pending any counter-notifications or legal action commencing.
- RIP Policy: The compliance team has implemented a Repeat Infringement Policy and monitors repeat offenders to copyright works. No more than 2 final notices can be accumulated against an account before the offending account will be terminated.
- Platform Rights: Miss Bliss reserves the right to use content for promotional purposes.
- Licensing: Creators may grant licenses for their content to third parties.
By following this policy and procedure, Miss Bliss can effectively manage UGC, protect its brand reputation, and create a positive online community.
