Collaboration Project Guidelines
These guidelines provide essential information for creators regarding the creation, application, and sharing (posting) of content from collaboration projects, while also outlining obligations for reporting projects (or content) that may violate platform policies or applicable laws.
When creating a project on Miss Bliss creators:
- Must be 18 years of age or over.
- Ensure content produced from the project is 18+, consensual, ethical, and legal.
- Must adhere to Miss Bliss Terms of Use, Acceptable Use policy, and Creator Guidelines and all applicable laws.
- Must NOT Advertise projects that are false or misleading in any way to potential co-creators.
- Must NOT create projects with no intention of publishing content. Failure to publish content within the designated time frame is considered a violation of our Terms of Use and will result in account suspension or termination (see Terms of Use).
- Must NOT create projects for prostitution or solicitation purposes. Offending accounts will be immediately terminated.
- Must NOT create or advertise a project that implies, involves, depicts, or simulates (actual or perceived) minors (individuals under the age of 18 years).
- Cannot post content without every creator's signed "consent to recording and publication of co-created content" documentation.
- Cannot perform actions or activities that have not been consented to by an individual(s).
- Must refrain from signing a collaboration agreement if you have not read, understood, and agreed with the proposed terms of the collaboration agreement.
- Must NOT coerce, demand, or force any creator into joining or signing a collaboration agreement.
- Creators are to immediately report any prohibited projects created to Miss Bliss Support Team via email: compliance@missbliss.com or through our online reporting form.
Successful collaborations require open and honest communication regarding project details and negotiations. The coordinating creator, as the project manager, retains the authority to amend collaboration agreements and make any necessary adjustments to project details, creator roles or selections within the project to ensure it's success.
