What are the different membership tiers available on Miss Bliss?

Miss Bliss offers various membership tiers, each with its own set of benefits. These tiers are designed to cater to different creator needs and goals.

  • Beginner Membership: Free. Provides essential features to the platform.
  • Professional Membership: $14.69p/m or $149.69 p/a. Offers premium and exclusive features like multiple collaboration projects, increased storage, advanced analytics and priority support.

What are the benefits of each membership tier?

Each membership tier offers distinct benefits and features, such as increased earning potential, advanced features, and exclusive perks. Please refer to the specific details outlined here.

How do I upgrade my membership tier?

You can upgrade your membership tier directly through your account settings. Profile Icon > Settings & Privacy > Payments & Transactions > select Membership. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your desired tier and complete the payment process.

Can I downgrade my membership tier?

Yes, you can downgrade your membership tier. However, please note that you may lose access to certain features and benefits associated with the higher tier.

How do I renew my membership?

Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can manage your subscription and renewal settings in your account settings.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Upon canceling your membership, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle and any content you've already created will remain on the platform for the duration of the publish period. However, some features, such as membership tier storage limits, may affect your account.

I cancelled my membership, do I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for membership subscription fees. Upon cancelling your membership, you will retain access to your current membership tier for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

How do I know which membership tier is right for me?

Consider your specific needs and goals as a creator. If you're just starting out, the 'Beginner' membership may be sufficient. As you grow or if you are looking for more opportunities to grow your brand or earnings, you may benefit from the 'Professional' membership.

Can I switch between membership tiers?

Yes, you can usually upgrade or downgrade your membership tier as needed. However, there may be implications associated with switching tiers such as storage reduction or lose of access, or reduction to collaboration projects.

Are there any additional fees or charges associated with membership tiers?

While the membership fees cover the core features and benefits, there are additional charges such as VAT or GST that gets added to your subscription fee at checkout.

There may also be additional charges for specific services or features that are not included in a membership tier, but are offered as an additional product or service. For more information click here
