Understanding The Reporting Process

To maintain a positive experience for all, we encourage and rely on member reports to identify and address any issues that may arise, including any Terms of Use violations or prohibited content they encounter on the platform.


Providing comprehensive information when submitting a report is crucial to ensuring a timely and effective resolution. By sharing relevant details, such as screenshots, timestamps, and specific descriptions of the issue, you empower our team to investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action. 


Below is a list of topics to consider when reporting an account or issue on Miss Bliss:

 

1. Identify the Issue:

  • Clearly define the problem: Explain the specific issue, activity, or behavior you're reporting. 

2. Gather Evidence:

  • Collect screenshots: Visual evidence can be helpful in supporting your claim. 
  • Links to a username or Profile: This will help us identify the member in question. 
  • Other relevant information: Gather any other evidence that supports your report. This can include, for example; URL links or Documents etc

3. Be Specific and Respectful:

  • Clear Language: Use clear and concise language to describe the issue.
  • Respectful Tone: Avoid using offensive or abusive language. Use factual and concise information.

4. Submit a Report:

  • Access the reporting feature: Click the "Report" button on the members profile, post, or comment Or alternatively, submit via our Report Abuse online form.
  • Provide Details: Clearly explain the issue and attach any supporting evidence.


5. Await a Response:

  • Remain Alert: Regularly monitor your emails or notifications for any follow up communication from Miss Bliss' regarding your report.
  • Patience: Please be patient as our team reviews your report.


Note: Depending on the nature of the report, Miss Bliss may not advise or update you on the report outcome.



We strive to resolve reports within seven (7) business days.



Additional Tips:

  • Prioritize Serious Issues: Mark as 'High Priority' when reporting prohibited or illegal activity, content, or behavior.
  • Provide Context: Explain the situation and how it affects you or the community.
  • Be Persistent: If you feel your report is not being addressed, follow up with our support team on support@missbliss.com
