This article provides an overview of Miss Bliss's pricing structure, platform fees, and tax considerations in association to creating and sharing content on the Miss Bliss platform. 

Who can benefit from this article:

1. Content Creators on Miss Bliss

Currency

All payments made on the Miss Bliss platform are transacted in USD. Your bank or e-wallet company may charge currency conversion or other fees. Miss Bliss does not control currency exchange rates, banking charges, or e-wallet provider charges. Miss Bliss and any subsidiary are not responsible for paying such charges. Currency conversions are calculated based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Content Pricing

* All purchases on the platform are conducted in Bliss Coins

Content pricing on the Miss Bliss platform is set by the Creators. Creators have complete autonomy to assign a price on content shared by them. The platform has a minimum pricing of $3.50 (35 Bliss Coins) and a maximum of $100.00 (1000 Bliss Coins). Maximum pricing limits may be increased for accounts that maintain a good standing with the platform over a period of time.

* Increased maximum pricing limit allowances are at the sole discretion of Miss Bliss and can be rescinded or amended at any time, for any reason.  

Platform Fees and Charges

Fees: Miss Bliss Fee is calculated as 20% of the total payment received and will be deducted at the time of each payment received from the following: 

• Pay-Per-View Content
• Gifts
• Messaging

Charges: Miss Bliss may, at our sole discretion, deduct from a creators account at any time the following charges associated with their account;

• Chargebacks initiated by spectators
• Refunds initiated by spectators
• Account service fees
• Additional Fees & Charges imposed by Payment Processors

GST (VAT): Miss Bliss applies applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) to platform purchases. The tax amount is determined by your jurisdiction.

Tax Obligations

Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations, including payments, reporting, and any other requirement under applicable law in their jurisdiction. Miss Bliss may request creators to provide us with their Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number, so that an IRS form 1099 may be issued where required by law. Failure to provide such information to us may result in termination of your account.

Membership

Membership tiers and fees are charged on an automatic recurring basis on Miss Bliss from a valid payment method and include the following;

1. Beginner: Free. This membership tier has basic features and is ideal for beginners.

2. Professional: $14.69 per month or $149.69 per annum (excludes taxes). This membership tier has premium features which is ideal for any serious or professional creator.

It is our standard policy that all purchases are final and nonrefundable. If you purchase a Membership, you may cancel the Membership at any time. If you cancel a Membership, you will not be issued a refund, and you will continue to have access to the features related to that Membership until the end of the current billing period.

How Transactions Show Up on Your Bill

For transactions done with applicable cards on the platform, the charge on your credit card bill will appear as anyone of the following on your credit card statement:

• Miss Bliss 
• Miss Bliss Coins
• YOLO Media LLC
• YOLO Media
