Refund & Chargeback Policy

Purpose

This policy outlines guidelines for managing consumption of user-generated content on Miss Bliss. It aims to protect the platform from financial losses due to chargebacks and other fraudulent activities associated with user-generated content, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.


Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made on Miss Bliss, including but not limited to:

  • Subscriptions
  • PPV
  • Messages & Messaging Bundles
  • “Buy Bliss Coins”
  • Other Products & Services 

 

General Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Miss Bliss platform are considered final and non-refundable. Miss Bliss reserves the sole discretion to address any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

Subscription Refunds

No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, even upon cancellation. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, will retain access to subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle. 

 

Content Access and Blocking

Mutual blocking results in the loss of access to each other's content. If a user blocks another user, or vice versa, neither party will be able to view the other's content. 

No refunds will be issued for content that becomes inaccessible due to blocking.

 

Chargeback Policy

Miss Bliss strictly prohibits chargebacks. Any unauthorized chargeback initiated by a member may result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:

  • Account Termination: Member’s Miss Bliss account may be permanently suspended or terminated.
  • Financial Penalties: Member may be liable for additional fees or penalties associated with the chargeback.
  • Content Restrictions: Member’s ability to access or create content on the platform may be limited or revoked.
  • Creator Compensation: Miss Bliss reserves the right to withhold any funds or proceeds generated from interactions with Creator Content that results in a chargeback.


By implementing a strict policy on refunds and chargebacks for purchases made on Miss Bliss can protect the financial success of both the business and creators on the platform.
