MISS BLISS REFERRAL HANDBOOK
Yolo Media, LLC. d/b/a Miss Bliss (“www.missbliss.com”) welcomes you to our Referral Program! As a referring Creator, you agree to provide referral marketing services in exchange for valuable consideration including a referral fee for referring new members/users to Miss Bliss (“Referral(s)”) using your personalized referral link (“Link”). You must register and be approved for a Creator account before participating in the Program. By participating in the Program, you accept and agree to comply with our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and this Handbook. We may terminate your participation in the Program for any reason or no reason, in our sole and absolute discretion. If you violate any provision of our Terms or this Handbook, you will forfeit all right to any unpaid and future referral fees.
Approved Channel
You may market Miss Bliss on your personal website, blog, forum, third-party social media accounts, and any other media outlet or online account owned or operated by you that is ordinarily used to advertise online services (“Channels”). You must own or operate the Channels. You may not market Miss Bliss on social media sites or online platforms which prohibit linking to Miss Bliss.
We may monitor your Channels, and you will grant us free access to the Channels as necessary to do so within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving a request for such access by us.
You are solely responsible for all content, materials, and other information thereupon, including the Link (“Channel Materials”). The Channel Materials must be truthful, must not be misleading, and must not infringe upon or violate laws or third-party rights.
Channel-Specific Requirements
When sharing your Affiliate link or otherwise promoting Miss Bliss on Facebook or Instagram, be sure to:
- Use a Creator or Business account,
- Do NOT include any adult content on your Facebook or Instagram account,
- Do NOT use Instagram or Facebook to promote adult content that may appear on Miss Bliss, AND
- Age-gate any content containing your Affiliate link or otherwise promoting Miss Bliss.
Referring Creator Code of Conduct
You must fully comply with federal and state consumer protection statutes, regulations, rules, policies, or advisory opinions, including the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) guidelines:

- Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising
You must notify us of any inquiries or concerns made by any third party which accuse you of or investigate you for any activities related to your participation in the Program.
You must provide only your honest opinion of Miss Bliss, and you will not:
- Use deceptive, unlawful, or unfair promotional tactics or devices, such as manipulating search engine results, or otherwise engaging in activity that is false, misleading, infringing, manipulative, inauthentic, or deceptive in order to drive traffic through the Link.
- Use any meta-tags, key words, pay-per-click advertising campaigns, or other marketing tactics that would imply or suggest that underage or other illegal content may be found on the Channels or Miss Bliss, or otherwise market Miss Bliss those seeking CSAM or other illegal content.
- Transmit or distribute the Link to any minors or any unwilling adults.
- Solicit or permit a minor to become a user of Miss Bliss.
- Use any form of unlawful email promotion to promote the Link.
- Violate the policies of any third-party websites while sharing the Link.
- Engage in any activities that, in our sole discretion, are harmful to the image, goodwill, or reputation of Miss Bliss.
- Attempt to do any of the acts described in this section or assist or permit any person in engaging in any of the acts described in this section.

Required Disclosures
You must post a clear and conspicuous disclosure on all Channel Materials which include the Link or otherwise promote or advertise Miss Bliss. This disclosure must be:
- close to the claims to which they relate,
- if text, in an easy-to-read font and color that stands out from the background,
- if video, on screen long enough to be noticed, read, and understood,
- if audio, read at an easily understandable cadence,
- if commissions are earned, a statement that “I get commissions for purchases made through links in this post” or something similar,
- if above average results were obtained from use of the Product, a statement that “I made $X a month, even though the average Creator only earns $X per month” or something similar, and
- if you have a connection to Miss Bliss that your followers would not expect, such as an employment or familial relationship, a statement that “I work for Miss Bliss” or something similar.
Branded Content Policies
You must follow the Branded Content or similar policy of any third-party website or platform where you post Channel Materials. For example, if available, you must use the “Paid Partnership” label or similar tag offered by any third-party website or platform on any Channel Materials.

- Instagram’s Branded Content Policies, Content Monetization Policies, and Partner Monetization Policies
- YouTube’s Ad Policies
- Discord’s Brand Partnership Guidelines
- Twitch’s Advertising Guidelines and Acceptance Policies
- X’s (Twitter) Paid Partnership Policy, and Ads Policies
